Freedom Broadband provides phone support on network equipment (Radio and Router) free of charge to Freedom Broadband customers. All emails to our support mailbox triggers a ticket in our helpdesk system, which is monitored 24/7. Business packages include a same day SLA. Residential support calls are addressed Monday-Friday from 8:30 - 5:00 p.m., and after hours when possible. Outages affecting an individual customer will be addressed during regular business hours. Freedom Broadband dispatches a technician for outages affecting multiple customers, provided weather or other conditions permit us to resolve safely.
Freedom Broadband will reconfigure, repair or replace radios and routers free of charge as required where equipment is no longer performing properly, provided user has not modified the equipment, its installation, or configuration in any way. At our discretion, Freedom Broadband will provide phone support free of charge for connected devices.
